Meet the team
Ben Fried
Camp Director
Ben joined the Moshava Ba’ir family in January 2020 after making Aliyah with his wife and six children following a 17-year career as a classroom teacher and Junior High Principal at the Fuchs Mizrachi School in Cleveland, Ohio. While the day of a Camp Director is action packed, Ben loves to head upstairs to the chadar ochel (lunchroom) for at least a few moments each camp day to witness the incredible energy, joy and ruach (spirit) of our campers as they experience the chinuch (educational) skits and the singing of birkat hamazon.

Joey is ecstatic for another incredible year as Rosh Mosh at Moshava Ba'ir!
Robyn Adams
Director of Programming
This is Robyn's sixth summer at MBNJ. Robyn has a tendency to wear many hats. She is also a teacher at Yanveh Academy and Operations Director for Bnei Akiva North East. Robyn doesn't play favorites, but we all know that camp is her happy place!
Shira Lewis
Director of Operations
This is Shira's fifth summer at Moshava Bair and she can't wait for it to begin. Shira has played many roles here in camp, but this summer she will be taking on the positon of Director of Operations. She works as a speech language therapist during the school year but looks forward all year long for camp to start!
Toby Eizik

Hi! I'm Nurse Toby, one of the nurses at Camp Moshava Ba'ir. I'm here to help make sure that your child stays safe and healthy during the summer. camping season. If you have any questions regarding your child's health, feel free to touch base with me!
Yaffa Zweig
Director of Transportation
Yaffa is excited to join the Moshava Ba'ir team. She loves figuring out complicated logistics and streamlining processes-just what is needed to get your kids to camp in a safe and timely fashion!
Shula Bashkin
Year-Round Front Desk
Shula has been with the Bnei Akiva family for over a decade! She is available year-round and during the summer to make sure all registration needs are met!
Talia Dayan
Camper Support Director
Talia is excited to support all campers and families with any challenges that arise at camp. She is an expert in conflict management and enjoys finding solutions to every day problems.

Aleph and Bet
Alyssa is excited to be back at Moshava Ba'ir - this time as Sgan Rosh Moshava for Aleph and Bet! She can't wait to meet all her campers and make sure they have their best summer yet!

Yoni can't wait to dive into his role as Sgan. He loves providing campers and madrichim with the support they need to be the best they can be!

Yair is once again joining Moshava Ba'ir - this time as Sgan Rosh Moshava for Hey, Superhey, and Bogrim. Focusing on our oldest age groups, Yoni is excited to provide support and leadership skills for our oldest campers.

This is Judy's second summer at MBNJ. Growing up looking forward to every summer in Moshava Ennismore, she is so excited to be bringing her 3 children to camp this summer as she takes on the role of Rosh Eidah Aleph! Judy works as an Occupational Therapist during the school year and is looking forward to sharing her passion for working with kids with her staff.

Elana can't wait to join Moshava Ba'ir as Rosh Eidah bet. Summer camp is her jam and she's excited to make sure your little ones are cared for, safe and having fun!

Zahava is excited for her new role as Rosh Eidah Bet. She is excited to join Elana as a dual team taking care of our younger campers. She can't wait to see the smiles on everyones faces!

Before starting her Doctorate in Psychology, Malka will be joining us as a Rosh Eidah! Malka has spent the past 5 summers in camp but this will be her first summer at MBNJ. She is super excited for the summer!

Sara can't wait for MBNJ's best summer yet! Her favorite part of camp is chinuch and rikkud! She also loves erev shabbat oneg and can't wait for more dance parties this summer!
David Zakaim
Rosh Eidah Hey
David cannot wait for this summer! This will be his third year as a Rosh Eidah and sixth year overall at MBNJ. David is super excited to work with his Eidah and get this summer going.
Yoni Broth
Rosh Eidah Super Hey / Bogrim
Yoni will be serving in the most exalted position of King, leader, and Rosh Eidah of the Super Hey and Bogrim royaltee. Yoni has been a Rosh Eidah in multiple Moshavot over the past few years and is excited to see how epic this summer will be with Moshava Bair's best and brightest. Through his wit, energy, and magical powers, Yoni will bring awesomeness and fun for the summer!
